Section C Objectives and activities
The objectives of the CIO are :-
- (1) To advance in life and relieve needs of young people through : (a) The provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life; (b) Providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
-
1) Appointed new Chair who is familiar with the charities aims and objectives. Has a good understanding of requirements or the Commission etc.
-
2) Secured partnership arrangements with 3 Community Provisions in Bradford.
-
3) 3 Volunteers to support Mental Health and Physical wellbeing signed up and partly trained.
-
4) 1 x Trustee has attended training on Mental Health and wellbeing, is also Lead Safeguarding officer ( trained to Level 3)
-
5) Delivered 5 taster sessions (physical health) to organisations that would benefit from Better Futures Intervention.
