The Charities main aim is to engage local people into positive physical activities that improve Health and Wellbeing.As part of the delivery plan we provide a range of sports/physical activities & resources, sports and fitness coaches, youth and community workers. We also provide 1 to 1/group sessions on healthy eating, mental health, sports leadership, training.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:(1) To Advance In Life And Relieve Needs Of Young People Through:(a) The Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(b) Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals. (2) To Promote And Protect The Physical And Mental Health Of People Living In The UK, By Means Of But Not Exclusively:(a) Advancing The Education Of The Public In Healthy Eating, Healthy Living And Good Mental Health;(b) Working With Schools And Agencies To Increase Levels Of Participation Of The Public In Physical Activity, Including But Not Limited To Multi-Sports Activities;(c) Providing Health Education, Training And Coaching Courses Which Promote Physical Health And Fitness.
