The objects of the CIO are to advance in life and help at risk young people to change their life direction into a more positive pathway through the provision of sport, mentoring and crime prevention initiatives incorporating life skills training provided in the interest of social welfare and specifically designed to improve their condition in life.

Objects: 3.1 The objects of the CIO are to advance in life and help young people through:3.1.1 the provision of recreational and leisure time activities, specifically by the provision of sport based programmes incorporating life skills training, provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions in life; and3.1.2 providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.
