Activities
Lively Minds works to get pre-school children in rural Ghana and Uganda school-ready. Working through government we build the skills and confidence of marginalised mothers to run educational Play Schemes & provide nurturing care at home. This improves the quality of life and life-chances for children, parents and the wider communities.
Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are For The Public Benefit And Including In Particular The Benefit Of Children In Rural Sub-Saharan Africa: (1) Advancing The Education And Development Of Said Children Including By Developing The Capacity And Skills Of Service Providers And Policy-Makers To Help Them Provide Better Quality Early Childhood Care And Education To Said Children; (2) Relieving The Needs Of Said Children Through Creative Early Childhood Development Programmes That Enliven Minds And Empower Them To Change Their Lives And Communities For The Better; And(3) Developing The Capacity And Skills Of Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Communities Of Sub-Saharan Africa.
