Sandy Bear strengthen the emotional health and well-being of young people aged 0-25 (and their families) in the lead up to and following a bereavement. We aim to reduce emotional difficulties in childhood and the prevalence of mental illness in later life that can result in a decreased quality of life, poorer educational attainment, social and health problems and increased vulnerability.

Objects: To Relieve The Mental, Emotional, Spiritual And Physical Distress Of Children And Young People Suffering From Bereavement Or Living With A Person Who Has A Life Limiting Condition. The Model Of Care Provided Is Evidence Based And We Are Members Of The Child Bereavement Network
