Activities

Cycling Club Hackney promotes quality cycling and cycle sport for all abilities and ages. We have a strong youth section, with coaching provided by our fully qualified staff, supported by volunteers. Alongside the traditional club format we specialise in community outreach, with a proven record for creating opportunities in the community for people to be physically active through cycling.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are: 1) The Promotion Of Community Participation In Healthy Recreation By The Provision Of Facilities For Cycling And Other Physical Activities.2) To Advance In Life And Help Young People Through:(a) The Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(b) Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.
