First Steps ED is a national eating disorder charity supporting people of all ages, genders and backgrounds. In the field of eating disorders, we offer the widest range of high-quality care focused on the needs of the individual. The services include psychotherapy, counselling, workshops, peer support and online tools for everyone impacted by eating disorders, including family and loved ones.

Objects: 1. The Relief Of Individuals Of All Ages (And Their Families) Whose Lives Are Affected By Diagnosed And Undiagnosed Eating Difficulties And Disorders And Other Mental Health Issues By Providing Information, Advice And Support.2. The Preservation And Protection Of The Physical And Mental Health Of Families And Carers Of Those Suffering From Eating Disorders And Other Mental Health Issues By Providing Information And Support.3. To Advance Education For The Public Benefit By Providing Training For Carers, Professionals And The General Public Of People Suffering From Eating Disorders, And Other Mental Health Issues.
