SWAP Rehabilitation and Resettlement assists potentially homeless prison leavers and homeless offenders referred by Probation and Police Prolific Offender Team.Our Change of Lifestyle Program, addressing mental health and drugs/alcohol addiction, assists the transition from prison to successful community living. Our education projects are helping those with little/no education to build confidence.
Objects: To Relieve The Needs Of Ex-Offenders In Halifax And Surrounding Areas In Particular But Not Exclusively By Provision Of A Rehabilitation And Resettlement Programme To Include Interventions And Education Addressing Mental Health, Drugs And Alcohol Dependency And A Range Of Critical Social And Domestic Issues.
