**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF EX-OFFENDERS IN HALIFAX AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVISION OF A REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT PROGRAMME TO INCLUDE INTERVENTIONS AND EDUCATION ADDRESSING MENTAL HEALTH, DRUGS AND ALCOHOL DEPENDENCY AND A RANGE OF CRITICAL SOCIAL AND DOMESTIC ISSUES.

**Activities:** SWAP Rehabilitation and Resettlement assists potentially homeless prison leavers and homeless offenders referred by Probation and Police Prolific Offender Team.Our Change of Lifestyle Program, addressing mental health and drugs/alcohol addiction, assists the transition from prison to successful community living. Our education projects are helping those with little/no education to build confidence.
