To provide a festival of music and arts in September/October each year, together with an education project in schools.
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are To Encourage And Promote Amongst Members Of The Public Knowledge, Understanding And Appreciation Of The Arts (Including Music, Drama, Opera, Ballet, Painting, Sculpture And Literature) For The Public Benefit And To Do So By The Promotion Of Amateur Or Professional Performances, Concerts, Plays, Exhibitions, Lectures, Demonstrations, Film Shows, And Other Means; And In Particular By Organising A Festival Of The Arts From Time To Time;
