TO PROVIDE A MISSION HERITAGE CENTRE AT SUNDERLAND POINT BY ACQUIRING AND REFURBISHING THE EXISTING MISSION CHURCH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY AND THE VISITING PUBLIC. TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE AT THE CENTRE SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATION AND INSPIRATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, THE COMMUNITY AND THE VISITING PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION OF SPACE AND FACILITIES AT THE CENTRE FOR MEETINGS AND LECTURES.
Objects: To Benefit The Residents Of Sunderland Point, The Local Community And The Visiting Public, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race, Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together With The Local Community, Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education; Provide Facilities For Arts And Culture And Other Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure , With The Objective Of Improving The Condition Of Life For The Local Community And Visitors. In Furtherance Of These Objects But Not Otherwise, The Trustees Shall Have Power :to Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Heritage And Community Centre And To Maintain Or Manage Or Co-Operate With Any Statutory Authority In The Maintenance And Management Of Such Centre For Activities Promoted By The Charity In Furtherance Of The Above Objects Including The Continued Celebration Of Religious Services When Required For The Community And The Visiting Public
