Activities

The objects of the CIO are to provide a benefit to the public, namely:To promote and encourage inclusivity in environmental conservation with ethnic, isolated and marginalised communities, raising awareness, and taking action on blue and green environmental issues, such as river and ocean plastics, mangroves, tree reforestation, green skills, food growing, environmental media, arts and advocacy.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit, In India The United Kingdom And Elsewhere: (I) To Promote Environmental Protection And Advance The Education Of The Public In The Conservation, Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment In Particular But Not Exclusively By Raising Awareness Including Amongst Ethnic, Isolated And Marginalised Communities About Environmental Change And Taking Action On Blue And Green Environmental Issues Such As River And Ocean Plastic, Coral Reefs, Marine Life, Mangroves, Tree Forestation, Green Skills And Food Growing.(ii) To Provide Direct Humanitarian Aid And Environmental Disaster Relief To Communities In Need, Addressing Immediate And Long-Term Needs Resulting From Natural Disasters, Conflicts And Other Emergencies.(iii) The Promotion Of Such Other Purposes Recognised As Charitable Under The Law Of England And Wales In Such Parts Of The United Kingdom And India As The Charity Trustees From Time To Time May Think Fit.
