Activities
We offer the opportunity to row traditional Cornish Pilot Gigs for exercise and fun, and also competitively from our bases in Richmond on the west side of London and the Royal Docks Adventure in the east. Crews from the club race both in the UK and abroad. We are a friendly, open club and offer trying out gig rowing for free.
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are To Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation By The Provision Of Facilities For Non-Competitive And Competitive Rowing, In Particular Cornish Pilot Gigs, For The Benefit Of The Public.
