Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are, For The Public Benefit:1.1 The Provision And Maintenance Of Social Housing In The Form Of Almshouses For Poor Persons Resident In The City Of Leeds. Up To Ten Poor Persons May Be Appointed As Resident Who Are Widows And Who Are Resident Within The Radius Of Twenty Miles From The Civic Hall In The City Of Leeds, The Town Hall In The City Of Wakefield Or The Guildhall In The City Of York At The Time Of The Appointment;1.2 The Relief Of The Residents Of The Almshouses Who Are In Charitable Need By Reason Of Their Age, Health, Disability, Or Social Or Economic Circumstances; And/or1.3 The Relief Of Persons Resident In The City Of Leeds Who Are In Charitable Need, Hardship, Or Distress By Reason Of Their Age, Health, Disability, Or Social Or Economic Circumstances.
