Having provided respite holidays to over 500 people affected by Grenfell Tower Fire (survivors, the bereaved, firefighters, displaced neighbours and front line support workers), Cornwall Hugs now continues its support through solidarity and awareness work.

Objects: For The Public Benefit, The Relief And Assistance Of People In Need Who Are Suffering From Distress, Trauma, Bereavement And/or Displacement Following Disasters, Accidents, Conflict, Terrorism And/or Crime (including The Victims Of Such Events And Members Of The Emergency Services And Other Support Workers Involved At The Scene Or In The Aftermath Of Such Events, Which Shall Include (without Limitation) The Grenfell Tower Fire) In Such Ways As The Charity Trustees Think Fit, In Particular (but Without Limitation) By The Provision Of, Or Assistance In The Provision Of Holidays, Respite Breaks, And Other Therapeutic Activities To Such People And Their Immediate Families In Order To Provide Respite And To Promote Their Recovery, And The Conducting, Commissioning And Publication Of Research Into The Effectiveness Of Such Activities In The Recovery Of Such Persons.
