Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are(1) To Manage And Maintain Moreton Village Hall And Its Associated Lands As Granted By Conveyance Dated 29 May 1957 ("Moreton Village Hall");(2) To Provide Moreton Village Hall And Make This Available For The Use Of Inhabitants Of Moreton (Here-In After Called "The Area Of Benefit"), Without Distinction Of Race, Nationality, Ethnic Or National Origin, Faith, Disability, Sex Or Political/religious Opinion, But Ultimately At The Discretion Of The CIO, For Moreton Village Hall To Be Used For Meetings, Lectures And Classes And For Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life For Said Inhabitants Of Moreton On The Proviso That Such Use Is In Strict Compliance With The Rules And Regulations Of Hire, As Well As Any Applicable Hiring Agreement, Standard Conditions Of Hire And Special Conditions Of Hire, As Set By The CIO From Time To Time.
