We provide free practical advice and information to help you understand your long-term condition and what your body needs to improve and maintain health. We are based in the community and understand the importance of mutual support, of meeting and working with people who have the same or similar conditions.
Objects: To Promote And Preserve Good Health Of People Suffering Or At Risk Of Suffering From Long Term Health Conditions Such As Type 2 Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes And Obesity By The Provision Of Support And Education.
