Activities
We provide support, wellbeing and care services to help people affected by dementia across Kent and Medway. Our services include the Dementia Coordinator Service, Dementia Cafes, Peer Support Groups, Activity Groups, Singing Back the Memories, the Support at Home Care Service, and Day Support Services.
Objects: To Relieve And Promote The Relief Of Those Living With Dementia And Related Disorders And To Provide Support Both For Such Persons And Their Families And Carers.
