**Objects:** TO RELIEVE AND PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF THOSE LIVING WITH DEMENTIA AND RELATED DISORDERS AND TO PROVIDE SUPPORT BOTH FOR SUCH PERSONS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS.

**Activities:** We provide support and care services to help people affected by dementia to live the life they want, in and around North Kent.  The services we provide are : Support at Home, The Beacon Day Support, information and guidance, Dementia Cafes, Peer Support Groups, Medway Hospital Dementia Buddies, Kent Dementia Helpline, and Singing Back the Memories.
