The Charity provides activities and services to people on the Weeke estate and in the surrounding neighbourhoods. Its aims are to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation.The Charity provides activities, both directly and indirectly, which contribute towards enhancing the lives of local residents
Objects: A) To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of The Weeke Estate, Winchester, Hampshire And The Surrounding Neighbourhood Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents.b) To Establish Or To Secure The Establishment Of A Community Centre And To Maintain And Manage The Same (whether Alone Or In Co-Operation With Any Statutory Authority Or Other Person Or Body).
