The advancement of education through training, to provide young people with the capacity to meet the challenges of everyday life with innovation and purpose by providing them with a network of resources, skills and best practice primarily in the ICT field.

Objects: The Purposes (the Ôobjectsö) Of The CIO Are, In Such Ways As The Trustees Think Fit, To:(a)the Advancement Of Education Through Training, To Provide Young People With The Capacity To Meet The Challenges Of Everyday Life With Innovation And Purpose By Providing Them With A Network Of Resources, Skills And Best Practice Primarily In The ICT Field. This Includes But Is Not Limited To The Following:i. Scholarship Fund, Assist The Youth With Access To Education On A Needs Basisthe Scholarship Fund Will Provide A Financial Assistance To A Sickle Cell Warrior Or Other Outstanding Young Leader Who Wishes To Study ICT, Leadership Skills And Entreneurship Skillsii. Annual Workshops And Awards To Promote Further Training Iii. Innovation Centers, Will Offer Free Training And Access For The Populace And Encourage The Youth To Pursue Solutions In ICT, Leadership And Entrepreneurshipiv. E Learning (edupendentu), Edupendent U Is An Education Program That Encourages Young People Worldwide To Continue Their Education Ôoutside The Classroom.ö Edupendent U Seeks To Spur Creativity And Entrepreneurism In The Individuals That Will Soon Be Shaping The World By Creating A Practical And Results-Oriented Technology And Life-Skills Learning Platform.v. To Raise Awareness Through Forums And Focus Groups Around The Control And Management Of Sickle Cell Disease. To Support Sickle Cell Warriors With Ways To Live Positively Through Making Better Clinical Management, Drugs And Therapies Available At Low Or Affordable Cost. Vi. To Undertake Research In Medicine And In Education To Improve The Delivery Of Education And Health Services Related To The Programs.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes That Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005 And Section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008
