Innovation centre currently set up in Westlands Primary in Nairobi Kenya, continues to offer free training and access for the populace and encourage the youth to pursue solutions in ICT. Raising awareness through forums and focus groups around the control and management of sickle cell disease. To support sickle cell warriors with ways to live positively through making better clinical management, drugs and therapies available at low or affordable cost. Co creation workshop was held at Amref Kenya country offices for National, selected counties including Nairobi county, PWDs and stakeholders to develop guidelines and the outlines of modules to empower PWDs and Caregivers, Policy, Program officials on the way forwards during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. The workshop was carefully crafted to be replicated within the counties and communities. World Mental Health Day, increased investment in mental health. When daily lives have been impacted considerably as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic. |
| MyEndPolio, the foundation participated in information sharing to aide in the eradication of Polio. We are part of a monumental effort to eliminate a human disease for only the second time in history. Continued with research in medicine and in education to improve the delivery of education and health services related to the programs. |
