REPORT ON THE WORK OF THE PETER OJIAMBO FOUNDATION (POF) 2025 – 2026
During the period 2025–2026, the Peter Ojiambo Foundation (POF) focused its efforts on advancing training on global leadership and social impact. The Foundation implemented a targeted training program aimed at equipping youth leaders, executives, C-Suite and professionals with leadership skills, personal agency, and social responsibility to thrive in modern professional and societal contexts.
Preparation for the Training Module
Significant time and expertise were invested in the development of a comprehensive training manual on Personal Agency in a Professional Environment .
The POF team spent several hours collaboratively designing and refining the module, ensuring it addressed contemporary leadership needs and practical realities in professional environments. Key contributors to the module development included:

Outreach and Institutional Engagement
The Peter Ojiambo Foundation conducted extensive outreach to partner institutions to facilitate the delivery of the training program. Outreach activities included engagement and collaboration with several institutions within Nairobi Metropolis and Bungoma County and in the USA namely:

The Foundation also held several follow-up meetings with the USIU, Head of Business Development- Executive Education, Mr. Joseph Munyao, to coordinate program delivery, align institutional objectives, and strengthen collaboration.
In addition, POF hosted a visit by Ms. Milly Karimi from Stanford University, which provided valuable engagement, global perspectives, and strengthened the Foundation’s international outlook and partnerships.
Engagement with Kibabii University
As part of deepening institutional collaboration, Amb. Josephine Ojiambo made two visits to Kibabii University. During these visits, she held consultative meetings with:

Following these engagements, the team further assembled at Mzee Wetangula’s home, where deliberations were held on leadership development and youth empowerment. The meeting culminated in a collective agreement to conduct a training titled “Empowering You for Global Leadership and Social Impact” at Kibabii University.

The 2025–2026 period marked a significant milestone in the work of the Peter Ojiambo Foundation. Through strategic outreach, intensive module development, strong institutional partnerships, and high-impact training, POF successfully advanced its mission of nurturing ethical, resilient, and socially conscious leaders.
Funding and Accounts
All the work of the Foundation is voluntary and gratis. The other meetings were held online and are gratis. Members catered for their own airtime and travel costs.
