Activities

To help fund the provision through partnerships of Sport , Leisure , Theatre and Arts activities to all members of the Community on a fully inclusive basis which the SpArC centre serves in South West Shropshire i.e. the young through to the elderly , working with Schools and Care Homes , the very fit through to the less fit including patients referred for remedial fitness classes by GP surgeries .

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:1. To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of South West Shropshire, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Sports, Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents.2. To Further Such Other Exclusively Charitable Purposes According To The Law Of England And Wales As The Trustees In Their Absolute Discretion From Time To Time Determinein Furtherance Of These Objects But Not Otherwise, The Trustees Shall Have Power:to Develop Community And Leisure Centre And Facilities And To Maintain Or Manage Or Co-Operate With Any Statutory Authority, Voluntary And/or Other Organisations In The Maintenance And Management Of Such A Centre For Activities Promoted By The Charity In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.
