Town and Parish CouThtil Donations totalled £36.3k for the year in rtto2nition of the cofflmunits'e5' SUPPOrt for the fvture of the SPARC Leisure Centre and the Pi)ol in particular. Grants e1Ved amourttÈd to £7.4k. induditsg £3.2k from the Narional Gardens 5chcme Charity to enable the in5tallotion of rainwater collection fa¢ilities and ihe complerion of the Pocket Park Project. £2.5k for an Adult Social Care pilot project, and £1250 for fundin8 Pool lifeguard training. Our fund-raising acrivities raised a total of £19.5k in the year which included the sponsored Swimmift% donations menrioned above. Nearly £14k of srants, donatiDn% received, and Theatre Friends subscriptions collected on behalf of the Theatre were paid out to the I heatre. and £4.Ik was paid out to winners of the 500 Club lottery prizes during the year. Finally, nearly £2k was spent on funding the purchase of Vter-buttS and additional plants for the Pocket Park.
