To Further Such Exclusively Charitable Purposes For The Public Benefit According To The Law Of England And Wales As The Charity Trustees Shall In Their Absolute Discretion Determinefor The Purpose Of Clause 2 ‘socially Excluded’ Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Part Of Society, As A Result Of Being A Member Of A Socially And Economically Deprived Community.
