Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:for The Public Benefit, To Advance In Life And Help The Young People Of Newton-Le-Willows Through The Provision Of Recreation And Leisure Activities In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Condition Of Life And By Developing Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals In Furtherance Of These Object But Not Otherwise The Trustees May:a) Raise Funds On An Annual Basis In Order To Create, Provide And Fund A Range Of Cultural, Artistic And Sporting Activities For Young People Within The Town Of Newton-Le- Willowsb) Make Grants, On A Case By Case Basis, To Young People In Newton-Le-Willows In Order For Them To Participate In Cultural, Artistic Or Sporting Activities That They Would Not Otherwise Be Able To Access Through Economic Hardship
