The Old Woking Community Centre is to further or benefit the residents of Hoe Valley ward of Woking Borough Council ( hereafter called the Area of Benefit) and the neighbourhood, in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents.

Objects: A) The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation And Other Leisure-Time Occupation In The Interests Of Social Welfare With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Inhabitants Of The Hoe Valley Ward Of Woking Borough Council ( Hereafter Called The Area Of Benefit) B) To Maintain And Manage Old Woking And District Community Centre For The Benefit Of Residents Of The Area Of Benefit.c) To Promote Community Development And The Advancement Of The Voluntary Sector Within The Area Of Benefit For The Benefit Of Its Residents.
