The charity owns and operates the Bekonscot Model Village, created by the late Roland Callingham in 1929 and located in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.As well as preserving this heritage and educating visitors on life in communities since the 1930's; the charity gives grants to other charities, specifically those that advance religion and are local to Buckinghamshire.

Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are To Advance Such Charitable Purposes (according To The Law Of England And Wales) As The Trustees See Fit From Time To Time For The Public Benefit, In Particular (but Not Limited To) By:(a) The Preservation Of Heritage And Advancement Of Education By Providing Support To The Model Village Created By The Late Roland Callingham At Bekonscot, Buckinghamshire;(b) Advancing Religion By Making Grants To Charities Registered With The Commission Which Advance Religion; And(c) Making Grants To Local Charities Operating In The County Of Buckinghamshire And To Any Other Charities Registered With The Commission, As The Trustees See Fit.
