The FoLsndalion could not have delivered such a needed and impacttul projecl without the ongoing support of The National Lottery's Roaching Communities Fund, and wth additional support from The Card Factory Foundation. The Foundation workad in partnership with Fylde and Wyre Councils to design them a digital onboarding volunteering suppart programme. which allowed new volunteers lo support the Local Authorities befrlondlng services. Employment or Training (NEET) lo find p051tive outcomes. There were two soparate serwces. one supporting 1&18 year olds and the other 19+ The Fourvjation worked alongside local partners lo recruit parti¢iP8nts, provide mentoring support and find them sullable routes into employment, education or training. Funding was provided by Fylde Bor(wgh Council through the Govemmenl's UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Sports Development The Foundation worked a￿088 variou8 areas of sports development in 2024125. We were extremely proud to work in partnership with local school$ to deliver speclallsl sport provision. The Foundatyon team support schools wrth a range of services including curriculum-based delivery, mentoring and sports fixtures. Additionally, the Foundation continued in ensijring a Glear pathway for indusion by W0￿.n9 dosely with a number of nurseries and early years sèltings_ Beyond school provision. the Foundation delivered record numbers in the Football Development Centres during 2024125. The Centres are opportunities for local chlldren to develop their football skills, complimenting their school or grassrools commrtmenls. Holiday actlvity dubs We￿ extremely popular in 2024125, with the opportunity to attènd either a football or mu5ti- sports setting, Hundreds of famili8S w@r8 suptx)rted with affordable school holiday activ￿lIeS that they can legve their children al in confidence. Our holiday actTriity clubs also give the Foundation a great opportunty to conb.nue the fir8t- class relalonshbp wth Fylde Borough Council in being one of the borough's biggest Holiday Activities and Food {HAFI programme providers.
