The AFC Fylde Community Foundation, works within the Borough of Fylde and where applicable West Lancashire in order to deliver a range of enriching, life changing and person centred interventions.The Foundation, uses the power of sport in order to reach out to members of the community who face significant disadvantage, using a range of person centred tools to sustain positive change.
Objects: 1 To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Lancashire And The Surrounding Area The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants. Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Forgoing By The Provision Of The Opportunity To Participate In The Sport Of Football In All Ways And According To All Abilities;2 Such Of Other Exclusively Charitable Purposes As The Trustees In Their Absolute Discretion May Determine From Time To Time.
