Disability, Financial Hardship Or Other Social Or Economic Disadvantage Through The Provision Of Accommodation.4.2 Such Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Beneficiaries As Are Exclusively Charitable According To The Laws Of England And Wales As The Trustees Shall Decide.4.3 If And In So Far As The Income Of The Charity Cannot Be Applied Towards The Objects Above IT May Be Applied For Any Other Charitable Purpose Providing Assistance To Beneficiaries."beneficiaries" Means Former Members Of The Merchant Navy, Former Service Personnel Of The Armed Forces Of The Crown And Widows, Widowers And Surviving Dependants Of Men Or Women Who Have Served In The Merchant Navy Or Armed Forces Of The Crown And Who Are In Need Or Vulnerable By Reason Of Their Physical Or Mental Health, Social Or Economic Circumstances, With A Preference For People Who Reside Or Have Resided In The Borough Of Bournemouth.
