Objects: To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of West Hill, Ottery St Mary, Devon And The Neighbourhood, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, By Associating Together With The Said Inhabitants And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort, The Advancement Of Education And The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Other Leisure Time Occupations With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants By Managing And Maintaining A Village Hall Facility.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With The Law Of England And Wales.
