In its first year ALM Welfare Trust has helped deserving families and individuals by distributing money to alleviate some of their problems through financial assistance and also made a lump sum payment to Ummah Welfare Trust which is itself a charitable organisation and is active in various parts of the world, particularly in the Asian sub continent.
Objects: To Further Such Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Public In Particular But Not Limited To Members Of The Muslim Community In England And Neighbouring Countries (And Such Other Parts Of The World) As The Trustees See Fit By The Following Means:(a) To Relieve Poverty And Those In Financial Need, Hardship Or Distress.(b) To Advance Education.(c) To Advance The Religion Of Islam.
