We are a community garden where people can come and get involved in projects and learn how to grow their own vegetables.
Objects: 1. To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Subject Of Horticulture And For The Public Benefit To Promote Learning For Pleasure By People Through The Continued Development Of Their Individual Competencies, Skills And Understanding In Subjects Of Horticulture And Related Subjects Of Health And Wellbeing. 2. To Promote Social Inclusion For Members Of The Public Residing In The Deprived Ward Of St Thomas?s, Dudley (Dy2) And The Surrounding Area By Preventing People From Becoming Socially Excluded, Relieving The Needs Of Those People Who Are Socially Excluded As A Result Of Being A Member Of A Socially And Economically Deprived Community And Assisting Them To Integrate Into Society. This Will Be Done Through Purposes 1 And 4. 3. To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Conservation, Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment.4. To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.
