Activities
We actively recruit charities and not for profits into buildings throughout the UK. This saves each charity a considerable sum in rent and utilities. This benefits charities as they have more income to spend on their aims and objectives. We also seek business start-ups by disadvantaged people reducing their start up costs and thereby helping them to become self sufficient.
Objects: The Purpose1) To Promote The Efficient And Effective Application Of Charitable Resources By Charities And For Charitable Purposes By The Provision Of Commercial Premises, Support And Related Assistance To Charities And For Charitable Projects.2) To Relieve Poverty By Assisting Disadvantaged, Start-Up Entrepreneurs And Struggling Artists To Become Self-Supporting Through Their Commercial And Business Activities. 3) Advancing Any Other Purpose Which Is Charitable According To The Law Of England And Wales.the Activities1) The Provision Of Commercial Space And Premises On Beneficial Terms To Charities Or For Charitable Purposes2) The Provision Of Commercial Space And Premises On Beneficial Terms To Community Interest Groups And Not For Profit Organisations3) The Provision Of Commercial Space And Premises On Beneficial Terms To Disadvantaged, Disabled And The Unemployed ?Beneficial?
