Objects: To Promote Cycling For The Public Benefit And In Particluar For Persons With Disabilities And Learning Difficulties Primarily In The North West Of England As A Means Of Furthering The Following Charitable Purposes:i) The Promotion Of Healthy Recreation In The Interest Of Social Welfare; And Ii) The Advancement Of Education,by Whatever Means The Trsutees Think If, Including The Provision Of Cycling Facilities, Services, Training And Educational Activities.
