DIVERSITY ROLE MODELS ACTIVELY SEEKS TO PREVENT HOMOPHOBIC, BIPHOBIC AND TRANSPHOBIC BULLYING IN UNITED KINGDOM SCHOOLS. WE AIM TO STOP BULLYING BEFORE IT HAPPENS BY EDUCATING ALL YOUNG PEOPLE ABOUT DIFFERENCES IN SEXUALITY AND GENDER IDENTITY, BY PROVIDING TRAINING FOR SCHOOL STAFF AND GOVERNORS AND BY OFFERING CONSULTANCY TO SCHOOLS.

The Charity's objects are specifically restricted, in each case, to the promotion of equality and diversity for the public benefit by:2.1.1 the elimination of discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation and gender identity in educational institutions;2.1.2 advancing education and raising awareness in equality, diversity and inclusion; and2.1.3 promoting activities to foster understanding between people from diverse backgrounds."
