The charity exists for the benefit of all the residents of Codicote and the neighbourhood and in cooperation with residents, local authorities , voluntary and other organisations aims to fund , provide and oversee sporting and community faciliities with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents through sporting , recreational and comunity leisure time activity.
Objects: "To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of Codicote And The Neighbourhood,without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political,religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Said Residentsand The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In Acommon Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In Theinterests Of Social Welfare For Sport And Recreation Leisure Timeoccupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Forthe Residents.
