Objects: (1) To Promote The Benefits Of The Inhabitants Of The County Borough Of Neathport Talbot And Surrounding Areas, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexualorientation, Race Or Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating The Localauthorities, Voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants In A Common Effort Toadvance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare Forrecreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving Theconditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.(2) To Maintain And Manage, Or To Co-Operate With Any Local Statutory Authorityin The Maintenance And Management Of A Centre For Activities Promoted By Thecharity And Its Constituent Bodies In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.
