Mental health charity with an ethos of promoting well being social inclusion and recovery through an ever changing variety of activites. Includes counselling, CBT, vocational and therapeutic courses, advocacy, community engagement, carers support, catering academy, vegetarian cafe and horticultural services.
Objects: To Promote The Preservation And The Safeguarding Of Mental Health And Wellbeing By Carrying Out Such Activities That Relieve Persons Suffering From Mental Health Problems And Promote Their Recovery And Foster Their Emotional And Physical Wellbeing.
