The main objective of the charity is to reduce health inequalities for people living in disadvantaged areas of Leeds. Activities and services include:- Physical and mental well being activities- Education and Training- Intergeneration work- Activities that promote inclusion and break down social isolation

Objects: For The Benefit Of Individuals And Communities Living And/or Working In The Leeds City Region (“The Area Of Benefit”) In Particular Ethnic Minorities Or Others Who Are Socially Or Economically Disadvantaged In Some Way By Advancing Education And Preserving And Promoting The Importance Of Good Health And Mental Well-Being Amongst The Said Individuals And Communities In Order To Improve Their Conditions Of Life.’
