It is my responsibility to: examlne the accounts under sectlon 145 of th8 Charities Act, to follow the procedures laid down in the g8neral Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act, and to stste whether particular mattets have come to my attention.
