Respactlve The charity's trustees are responsibla for the praparation of the accounts.
responsibilities of The charity's truslees consider that an audit is not required for this year
trustees and examlner under section 144 of the Chariti85 Act 2011 (the Charitles Act) and that an
independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
examlne the accounts under sectlon 145 of th8 Charities Act,
to follow the procedures laid down in the g8neral Directions given by the
Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act, and
to stste whether particular mattets have come to my attention.
Basls of independent My examination was carried out in accordance with general Directions given
examlner's statement by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the
accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
itsms or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations f rom the

provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently
