The income of the trust is derived from ils investments and from ￿ndS on deposit. The tnJstec5 meet regularly to consider appeals for financial assistance and agree the amounts to bc donated in each ease. There have been no changes during the year to the objectives of the twst or to the policies adopted in ordeT to achieve those objectives. Investment powers: The t￿SteeS have unrestricted powers of investment. Review of the year: Accounts for the year ended 5 April 2022 are attached to this report. The trustees confirn] ihat the accounts comply with Cur￿nt statutory Tequirements and witli the te]ms of the testator's Will. During the year the trnstees received gross income of £40,790 from inveslrnents and cash deposits. Administration expenses amounted to £6,237. In accordance with the Trust objectives, 8 donations were made arnounting to £60,000. Th¢ market value at 5 April 2022 of assets less liabilities was £1,346,380. Coronavirus Pandemic: In the spring of 2020 there was an outbreak of Coronavirus which developed into a global pandemic. This has not impacted thc way thc charity works. The trust has absolute discretion in the distribution of grants and the trust has healthy rescrves. Thc trnstees are of the opinion that the tTUSt ib able to continue to fulfil its objeclives over the next 12 months.

Stydtement of Trustees, Responsibilities The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees, Report and the financial Statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice). The law applicable to charities in England And Wales requires the TTr￿teeS to prepare f￿anCIal statements for each financial year which give a trne and fair view of the state of affaiTS of the charity and of the incorning resources and application of resouTces of the Charity for that period. Responsibilities and basis of report As trustees of the charily you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act). F report in respect of my examination of the ¢harity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act. In carrying out my examinalion I have followed all the applicable Direetions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5}(b) of th¢ 2011 Act.
