Objective$ and organisation:
The object of the tnjsl is lo distribute income andlor capital for charitable purposes or to charitable
institutions as the trustees may in their absolute discretion from time to time determine.
The income of the trust is derived from ils investments and from ￿ndS on deposit. The tnJstec5
meet regularly to consider appeals for financial assistance and agree the amounts to bc donated in
each ease.
There have been no changes during the year to the objectives of the twst or to the policies adopted
in ordeT to achieve those objectives.
Investment powers:
The t￿SteeS have unrestricted powers of investment.
Review of the year:
Accounts for the year ended 5 April 2022 are attached to this report. The trustees confirn] ihat the
accounts comply with Cur￿nt statutory Tequirements and witli the te]ms of the testator's Will.
During the year the trnstees received gross income of £40,790 from inveslrnents and cash deposits.
Administration expenses amounted to £6,237. In accordance with the Trust objectives, 8 donations
were made arnounting to £60,000.
Th¢ market value at 5 April 2022 of assets less liabilities was £1,346,380.
Coronavirus Pandemic:
In the spring of 2020 there was an outbreak of Coronavirus which developed into a global
pandemic. This has not impacted thc way thc charity works. The trust has absolute discretion in
the distribution of grants and the trust has healthy rescrves. Thc trnstees are of the opinion that
the tTUSt ib able to continue to fulfil its objeclives over the next 12 months.

Reserves:
The trustees do not consider that there is a need for a reserves policy as ihey
m￿¢ donations to charitable putposes as and when funds are available.
Inveslments..
The objective of inves1ment policy is to achieve a balance between capital
growth and income.
Risk managanent:
The tNst is mainly invested in stocks and shares and the trustees do not
consider theTe is a need for a risk management policy, apart from monitoring
the perfonnance of the investment managers.
Stydtement of Trustees, Responsibilities
The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees, Report and the financial Statements in
accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom
Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
The law applicable to charities in England And Wales requires the TTr￿teeS to prepare f￿anCIal
statements for each financial year which give a trne and fair view of the state of affaiTS of the
charity and of the incorning resources and application of resouTces of the Charity for that period.
In preparing ihese financial statements, the Trustees are r¢quired to:
select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently.
observe the methods and principles in the Charities SORP.
make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prndent.
state whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to any materia
departures that must be disclosed and explained in the financial statements" and
Prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to
presume that the Charity will continue in op¢ration.
The Trustees are responsible for keeping sufficient accounting records which disclose with
Teasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the Charity and enable them to ensure
that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011, the Charity (Accounts and
Reports) Regulations 2008 and the provision of the Charity's Constitution. They are also
responsible for s&feguarding the assets of the Charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the
PTevention and delection of fraud and other irregularities.

I report to the Irustee5 on my examination of the acwunts of the Trust for the year ended 5 April
2022, which are set oul on pages 5 to 8.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As trustees of the charily you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act).
F report in respect of my examination of the ¢harity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act. In carrying out my examinalion I have followed all the applicable Direetions given by
the Charity Commission under section 145(5}(b) of th¢ 2011 Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confm that no matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:
accounting records w￿e not kept in respect of the ¢harity as required by Section 130 of
the 2011 A¢t' or
the accounts do not accord with those records. or
the accounts do not ¢ornply with the applicable requirements concerning the fom] and
content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008
other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a
matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other rnatters in connection with the examination to
which atteThtion should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the

All funds held during the period are unrestricted and available for the geneial purposes
of the Trust
Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Charities Act 2011
and Accounting and ReportiT)g by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practice
applicable to charilies preparing Ihetr accounts in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of IrelaT]d (FRS 102) (as
amended for accounting periods commencing from l January 2016).
The charity is a Public Benefit Entity as defined by FRS 102.
The charity has taken advantage of the provisions in the SORP for charities applying
FRS 102 Update Bulletin I nol to prepare a Statement of Cash Flows.
The trustees consider that there are no material uncertainties about the ability to
¢ontinue as a going concern.
Aecounting policies:
a} Income from investments and interest on deposits are included in the accounts
when Credited OT due to be received.
b) Administration expenses are dealt with on an accruals basis.
c) Donations and grants for charitable purposes aTe included when paid.
