Achieved by income generating activities: event space for hire, usage for commercial music concerts, culture & performance space and operation of catering services. Primary aim is income generation to secure its long term future.
Objects: (1) To Preserve For The Benefit Of The People Of The Local Authority District Of Morecambe And Lancaster In Lancashire And Of The Nation At Large, The Land And Buildings Known As The Victoria Pavilion (winter Gardens) Morecambe, Lancashire ('the Victoria Pavilion').(2) To Support The Charitable Work Of The Friends Of The Victoria Pavilion, Morecambe Registered Charity Number 1064127.
