**Activities:** Restoration & operation of the Morecambe Winter Gardens Theatre as a viable music and arts venue, restoration and regeneration of the Grade II* listed building. Achieved by income generating activities: event space for hire, usage for commercial music concerts,  culture & performance space and operation of catering services. Primary aim is income generation to secure its long term future.
