Objects: To construct, maintain and operate leisure facilities including a swimming pool and other buildings, structures, apparatus and equipment ancillary to the provision, use and maintenance of leisure facilities as the Trustees may think fit for the benefit of and with the object of improving the conditions of life for the residents of and visitors to the town in which those facilities are located.
