The Hepatitis C Trust provides information, support and representation for people affected by Hepatitis C and works to raise awareness and lower the stigma of this disease.
Objects: For The Trustees And Members To Stand Possessed Of The Trustee Fund And The Income Deriving From IT The Date Of This Memorandum And To Pay Or Apply Such Income And The Whole Or Any Part Or Parts Of The Capital Of The Trust Fund In Such A Manner As Is Exclusively Charitable For The Public Benefit For The Following Purposes:3.1.1 The Relief Of Persons Suffering From Hepatitis C And The Provision Of Support To Such Persons And Their Families;3.1.2 The Advancement Of Education Concerning Hepatitis C And;3.1.3 Research Into All Aspects Of Hepatitis C Including (but Not Limited To) The Causes Detection Transmission Prevention And Treatment Of Hepatitis C And The Publication And Dissemination Of The Useful Results Of All Such Research
